INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS
Reservation
After receiving the reservation request, we will send you the confirmation as soon as possible. The reservation is definitive from that moment on.
The accommodation costs are due for the fully booked period, even if arrival or departure is earlier or later than the agreed term.
Arrival and departure
Arrival on the day of arrival is possible from 4 pm, departure on the departure date is before 10 am.
Payment
Payment must be made as stated on the confirmation.
If the total amount is not credited to our account 7 days after the agreed term, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
Cancellation
In case you want to cancel the reservation, please do so in writing. We use the following cancellation costs and terms:
from the moment of booking until 4 months before the agreed date, 25% of the booked amount will be charged;
from 4 months to 1 month before the agreed date, 50% of the booked amount will be charged;
within 1 month before the agreed date, 100% of the booked amount will be charged.
Apartments
If you discover defects in/in your booked apartment upon arrival, would you please report this immediately, so that we can solve the problems as quickly as possible? Unfortunately, we cannot take any responsibility for complaints and/or defects that have arisen afterwards.
Even if an accident occurs during your stay, we ask you to report this as soon as possible, so that we can remedy the inconvenience.
We only have non-smoking apartments, but of course there is an ashtray for outdoor use.
Parking
There is 1 parking space per apartment available, a 2nd car in consultation.
Cleaning
The final cleaning is carried out by us, but you must leave the apartment broom clean, with the last dishes in the dishwasher. If the apartment is not left tidy, additional cleaning costs may be charged.
linen
Per week there is 1 set of bed linen per person and a towel set (large and small towel) per person included. It is possible to rent towels for a fee of €3.50 per set. You will also receive a set of kitchen towels.
Pets
Pets are allowed in consultation.
Maximum number of people
The tenant may not sublet or allow more people to stay overnight than agreed.
Liability
We are not liable for damage and/or injury caused during the stay on our property, regardless of the cause (unless gross negligence on the part of the landlord can be proven). The tenant is liable for the fulfillment of all obligations arising from the reservation and the stay, both for himself and for all registered persons and/or his visitors.
